My brother in laws is back from Oz and he is staying with us but he is starting to flirt with me and even trying to over step the mark. I have given him no encouragement whatsoever but he walked in to my bathroom whilst I was in the shower, he had no reason to as the one I use is in our bedroom, I thought it was my husband and nearly died when I found out it wasnt, I yelled for him to get out and he did. Later he told me he was trying to help me by doing some cleaning and didnt know I was in there, but I dont believe it and told him it will never happen again and now I lock the door, should I tell me husband or just say nothing and make sure it doesnt happen again Question

Just bring it up casually over dinner when your husband and brother in law are both there describe it exactly as your brother in law claims and say you had a giggle at the though of him doing the housework. That will tell your husband there is nothing to worry about, warn your brother in law off and get it off your chest. If he ends up feeling really guilty that's his problem.
