I was just wondering if it is normal to be attracted to someone I work out with. I have no idea if she feels the same way. It feels kinda weird but normal if that makes any sense. Please let me know what you think. I am a happily married woman I just can't help these other feelings.

I'll leave it to other women to reassure you how 'normal' you are - or you can just scan through this site to find out.

But in regards to being happily married, don't damage that. Communicate with the one person who counts most: your husband. You know him best but if you are unsure, go gentle and in stages. Talk about this woman and how you like some aspect: he probably won't mind hearing about what nice legs, tits or face she has and you can lead up to saying how you understand how he can look at a woman and find her attractive.

Remember, there's nothing wrong in having feelings. There can be something wrong in acting on them. If you ever do want to act on them, don't do it by betraying your husband.
