My bf of nine months broke up with me aabout a month ago. I'm 15 and he's 17, but we're only a year apart in school. We had a great relationship and then one day he just said he couldn't stand it anymore. I'm going crazy! I was so happy with him and we loved eachother evry much.
The first time he tried to break up with me said he wanted to be good friends and maybe have a relationship later because he wanted to be alone for ahwile and he thought we were growing apart. But we didn't split up.
The next week he broke up with me suddenly and kept asking if we could be friends and I told him we could but it'd be hard. He then proceeded to walk me to my classes and stuff like we were still together. We wrote notes so I tld him how sad I was he left and kept saying 'I don't know,we can't get back together now, maybe later.' and stuff like that.
Then he thought I said I didn't wnat to be friends in one of my letters (he misread something) and decided he didn't want to be friends anymore but decided not to tell me...so I called a few times and tried to talk to him at school and stuff and he got mad and told people I was stalking him and he wnated to be left alone. So I ignored him for a week and half.
Then one of our mutual friends told me he said he wanted to talk to me. So I called him and he did want to talk-said he was going to call me actually...and we talked for an hour about stuff. He spent ten minutes convincing me he didn't have any romantic feelings for this friend he'd been spending more time with and that he wasn't just doing it to piss me off. Then he said he was sorry for being an ass the first couple of days after we broke up and that he didn't hate me cuz I was a nice person. Then when we got off the phone he said he'd come say hi to me the next day,so I asked if we were ok and he's like 'I never said we could be friends' and some other stuff.
The next day our friend asked him if he really didn't wnat to be friends with me and he said 'I don't want to be friends with her yet' whatever that means...
I'm just confused why he would bother talking to me if he wanted me out of his life. This hurts really bad. I miss him and stuff.I want him back sorta. I can't really ignore him forever, it'll kill me!
I'm frustrated and really confused,can anybody help?

Less than a week later he had a bloody new girlfriend! What a w*****. It was really hard for a while, but I tell you what girl, time is the best and only healer. If you two were meant to be you were meant to be, just leave it.
These days, (a year and a half later) my ex is still with this girl and do you know what I found? Ignoring him was the best policy. I think he's an arse now lol x
