I have lost count of the number of times I've tried requesting this freebie despite actually having a puppy!

I first applied last February and have since tried every 2 months but never heard a thing from them. I rang and rang and they took my details and promised to send me a puppy pack...14 months on - STILL no puppy pack!

In the end I gave up and asked my vet for a Scamps Diary booklet which contains a free voucher for the pedigree puppy pack which you can pick up yourself from a Pets At Home store.

I'd be interested to know if anybody else has had this problem - I've had this problem with Bounty Packs for expectant and new mothers too.
