Over the past 4 or 5 months I frequently cry in my sleep and cry upon waking. Sometimes so uncontrollably that I have to get up, sit in the lounge room and wail and sob like a mad woman. And it always seems to be for the same reason.
When I cry during these times it always involves my partner. Perhaps in my waking hours I'm pushing away stressful/lonely/sad/negelected feelings and they're coming out in my sleep... what do you think?
I cant seem to find anything about this sort of thing on the net.
