I dont know what its about but every morning I wake up with a gigantic erection. Why is this?

this is called ' morning wood' men have more erections at night because oxygen assists with the erectile chemical processes and oxygen levels are higher during sleep so when you wake up you still have high oxygen levels so you get a erection in the morning if you want more info look up ' morning wood' on the internet it is a name that has been given to this type of erection
