CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star Gary Dourdan has been accused of attacking a cameraman outside Los Angeles nightclub Hyde.
The actor, 40, allegedly grabbed a TMZ.com photographer after shouting "get that f**king camera out of my face" and shoved him onto the sidewalk several times.
TMZ.com claims Dourdan - who plays Warrick Brown in the hit crime drama - mistook their photographer for someone else.
A video of the alleged incident has been posted on TMZ.com.
The photographer in question plans to file a police report against Dourdan.
Dourdan is best know for his charcter Warwick Brown, an audio/visual analyst, in CSI.
The show which has spawned two spinoffs Miami and New York has just been renewed for an eighth series.
