Orangita cocktail

Glass: Collins

Ingredients
· 2 shots tequila
· ½ shot fresh lime juice
· ½ shot Agave syrup
· Hand-full of coriander chopped
· Small 1cm piece of chilli
· 100ml pineapple juice
· Top up with Orangina
Method: Shake and build
Garnish: 1 large basil leaf

Squeeze 1 lime wedge into a cocktail tin, add ½oz agave syrup, a handful of chopped coriander and a small piece of chilli. Top up with 2oz of Tequila and then add one large scoop of ice. Shake vigorously until your tin is freezing. Strain over a freshly prepared ice-filled glass and top up with Orangina and garnish with a basil leaf.
