Andrew Turner And Mark Hix Create Favourite Sandwiches

We British love a good sandwich. Whether it's a classic or a little bit different and exotic, it's still the favoured lunch choice for many of us across the country.

But if you're getting a little bit bored of your safe choices and want to be a bit more creative, then help is at hand. Leading chefs Mark Hix and Andrew Turner have created their all time favourite British Sandwich, to help celebrate the return of the iconic Hovis Little Brown loaf.

The iconic loaf was first introduced in 1886, and makes a timely return in order to help us Brits get creative in the kitchen.

Mark is the owner of hip restaurant Hix Oyster and Chop House and recently won the Chef of the Year award at the GQ Man of the Year Awards. He also won an Award for Outstanding Achievement at the Restaurant Awards.

Andrew Turner also has many awards under his belt, including Time Out Restaurant of the Year 2001 and has appeared on many TV shows including Saturday Kitchen, Ainsley's Gourmet Express and Yes Chef.
