I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Day 7: Rodney Marsh faced his fear of heights in the Catch a Crawling Star trial but was left exhausted by the experience, describing it as the most physically demanding thing he had ever done.

The challenge involved Rodney and Janice having to make their way out simultaneously across two cables suspended high over the valley balancing on their stomachs with only their legs as counterweight.

One person would be on the top wire and would have to grab a series of red star flags on the wire. The other person would be on the wire below and their job was to then catch these and place them in a star bag.

Janice decided she should go on the top wire with Rodney below. It was her job to release the star flags and Rodney’s job to try to catch them.

Ant told them:" The person on the bottom is going to find it difficult to look up. The person on the wire above is going to give a lot of instruction."

Dec asked:" Which one of you do you think is a good talker?"

Janice said: "He’s a sloppy bottom. I’m a happy top."

Rodney agreed: "I’ll go on the bottom yes."

Ant asked them had they got a fear of heights. Rodney replied that he had.

Janice then gave him a pep talk:" You don’t even think about it. It isn’t like eating grubs or croc cock, like John."

Rodney joked: "No you’re right. You got me over it in no time."

The pair were dressed for the challenge in blue leotards and red helmets.

Janice told Rodney: "My God, you look like a lady bug."

Janice and Rodney then made their way across their wires and within minutes Rodney lost his balance and was left hanging from his safety harness.

As he was brought back to terra firma to start all over again Janice was left balancing on her wire.

Rodney told her: "Stay there, stay there Janice."

Janice shouted: "What the fuck do I do?"
