"Diddy" gets sued by model

Sean "Diddy" Coombs sued by male model Fashion mogul and hip hop star Diddy is being sued by male model Tyson Beckford.

Beckford is suing Diddy for $5 million in damages for breach of contract. Beckford claims that his $1.2 million contract as the face of Sean John was null and void after Diddy did not pay him 2 of out four agreed payments.

On top of this his face was still being used in advertising campaigns and on the Sean John website to promote the range.

Beck ford's lawyer said:" They had a contract that was in existence that was not honnoured and in addition to that, my client's image was continually used to market, promote and sell clothing distributed by Sean John."

In a statement released by representatives of Sean John said:" While we don't generally comment on pending litigation we feel this action is without merit. We plan on vigoursly defending ourselves."
