Pamela Anderson gave Hugh Hefner the ultimate Birthday surprise, by stripping naked and presenting him with a birthday cake.
The former Playboy playmate was filmed in April giving Hefner his birthday treat, and the footage premiered last night as part of a new series called The Girls Next Door.
Saucy Pam appeared from behind a curtain and gave the 82-year-old Playboy King a lapdance and then kissed him on the lips.
Perhaps surprisingly, the strip got the seal of approval from Hugh's three girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson, Bridger Marquadrt And Holly Madison.
