Ten of Pariss top fashion designers are having their work shown at the Museum of Fine Arts.
The exhibition runs until March 18th 2007 and offers an insight into the reasons why Paris has remained the centre of the fashion world for more than 300 years.
The designers are Azzedine Alaia, Hussein Chalayan, Chanel, Christian Dior, Christian Lacroix, Maison Martin Margiela, Rochas, Valentino, Viktor & Rolf and Yohji Yamamoto.
Each one have donated 10 pieces from their latest ready to wear and couture lines for the exhibition.
Ann & Graham Gund Director of the MFA told vogue online: "From haute couture to experimental ready-to-wear, it's clear to see that we are in the midst of one of the most exciting periods in fashion history.
