Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, visited the annual Hampton Court Palace Flower Show yesterday (07.07.08).
Camilla - who is married to Britain's Prince Charles - is known for her love of gardening and chatted with exhibitors as she walked around the National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens (NCCPG) tent.
On a stop at a dianthus stall, the duchess was presented with a "pink Camilla" by growers Elaine and Mark Trenear.
Accepting the gift, Camilla said: "Very nice, it is exciting to have something like this. I hope I can manage to keep it thriving."

Explaining her choice of flower, Elaine said: "Prince Charles quite often has a pink in his pocket hole. Camilla was delighted."
During her visit, Camilla - who was visiting the famous British flower show for the first time - was introduced to members of the NCCPG by the vice president, Lady Hamilton of Dalzell, and chairman, David Goodchild.
After cutting the ribbon to officially open a marquee, she was given a tour of the exhibits inside.
