Britain's Prince Harry will formally introduce girlfriend Chelsy Davy to Queen Elizabeth for the first time next week.
The 23-year-old royal and the Zimbabwean-born student will attend the wedding of Harry's cousin Peter Phillips on May 17, where the prince will make sure Chelsy meets his grandmother.
Although the 22-year-old blonde has met Harry's father Prince Charles and his wife the Duchess of Cornwall on numerous occasions, an introduction to the queen is considered a significant step for a potential princess.
A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "They are closer than ever and his cousin Peter's wedding appears to be the perfect opportunity to introduce Chelsy to his grandmother without too much formality.

"Don't expect an engagement yet but it is fair to say that they are closer than ever."
Harry and Chelsy have been dating for almost four years, although have briefly split in that time.
Last year, she moved from her family's home in South Africa to study at Leeds University so she could be closer to Harry.
