The couple currently split their time between the Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire, where they have a cottage, and their home in Edinburgh, where Peter works for the Bank of Scotland.
It was previously reported they were planning to marry at Windsor Castle in May, after Peter asked the queen if the ceremony could be held at St. George 's Chapel.
