Denmark's Prince Frederick struggled to keep his young son in order while having a family photograph taken yesterday (04.09.08).
The royal - who was in Sydney, Australia for a two-week holiday in wife Princess Mary's homeland - tried desperately to get his brood to sit quietly for the photographer.
But two-year-old Prince Christian was more interested in running off to kick a ball around the gardens of the city's Government House.
Mary laughed as the young royal - who began to cry and refused to move as he sat with his thumb in his mouth - was clearly steering clear of the grounds' fountain.
He thinks there's sharks in there!
She said: "He thinks there's sharks in there!"
She later added: "Christian's English is getting better. It's important for the children to see the land where I grew up."
However, the couple's other child Princess Isabella, 17 months, was happy to sit on her mother's knee as the camera's flashed.
