Britain's Prince William doesn't like going to nightclubs because he isn't a very good dancer.
The 26-year-old royal is resigned to sitting on the sidelines while girlfriend Kate Middleton takes to the floor at their favourite nightspots.
A friend of William asked the prince why he wasn't joining Kate in dancing on a recent night out to London's Raffles, to which he replied: "I can't. She's just too good a dancer for me."
A source added: "He loves Kate and would do anything to please her but dancing in nightclubs is just not his thing. She kind of understands."
I can't. She's just too good a dancer for me.
Although William has previously danced with Kate, 26, he received criticism for his skills following his birthday party in June, where one onlooker said he was like "a helicopter attempting to land in an unusually fierce tailwind."
William and Kate recently returned from a two-week holiday on the island of Mustique, a destination popular with Princess Margaret.
William is currently taking some time out after his five-week stint aboard HMS Iron Duke, where he was involved in several drug busts in the Caribbean Sea.

Prince William is so handsome he can dance anyway he wants and all the girls will look on in awe.... you are a lucky woman kate. girls dance together a lot in the UK!
