The memorial service will be attended by members of the British Royal Family including Queen Elizabeth, her husband Prince Philip and Diana's ex-husband Prince Charles who will be accompanied by his new wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
Prince Harry said: "The service is going to include both sides of the family, our mother's side and our father's side - everyone getting together. It should be a good occasion."
Tickets for the concert cost £45 and go on sale at 9am tomorrow (13.12.06).
The money raised will go to a number of charities that Diana supported during her life, and to two of the princes' own charities, Centrepoint and Sentebale.
