Britain's Duchess of York is reportedly set to marry again.

Sarah Ferguson and Findus frozen food tycoon Geir Frantzen have allegedly been discussing wedding plans following a year of dating - even though the duchess insists they are "just friends".

The Norweigian businessman has been spotted with the duchess several times in recent weeks.

A friend of Geir - who it has been claimed recently bought Sarah a £130,000 car - told Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper: "I overheard him on the phone to Sarah and he was saying how much he wanted to marry her. Geir is clearly besotted."

The duchess, who divorced Prince Andrew in 1996, is said to have stopped wearing her wedding ring in recent weeks.

A source told the newspaper: "For all her insistence they are not an item, it is clear she has strong feelings for him."

Sarah, 48, and Geir, 40, first sparked romance rumours after they were spotted at a Spice Girls concert and a boxing match in Las Vegas last December. They are also believed to have spent Christmas together.
