Quinn (Glasgow) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful I bought this DVD for my nana who wanted a gentle way to start exercising and I thought this would be perfect. My nana is 75 and while she can't do all of the moves in the way Barbara does, she certainly tries! The DVD is broken down into sections. There is a Warm-Up section which Barbara does in bed; dolled up to the nines in her typical fashion! This warm up doesn't really get the heart pumping in the way a warm up should but it's OK all the same. Then there are sections for Tums, Bums, Legs & Arms. The Tums & Legs sections are mostly done on the floor and my nana can't do these; she does them lying in bed instead! There is also a Dance Routine at the end of the DVD but oddly, it's after the Cool Down section. This is good but for the more mature lady who can't move around aswell I'd advise against it. The music is also a bit lame but overall, a good DVD if you are a beginner or a mature lady.
