Piers Morgan has refused to feature David Beckham on his chat show.
The TV host has no interest in interviewing the soccer star for his ITV programme 'Piers Morgan's Life Stories', adding the only thing he would like to quiz him about is his alleged affair - which David has always strongly denied - with former Personal Assistant Rebecca Loos.
Piers said: "I've never met David Beckham, but I'm not in a trance about him like everybody else. I don't want him on my programme.
"Rebecca is my second cousin from my marriage. My first question would be, 'What did you do with my cousin?' I know more about it than he might like!"
He can beg, plead, borrow and steal but I am not having him on my show. I only want honest, feisty people with strong opinions.
Piers, who also judges 'Britain's Got Talent', has won strong ratings for his show, which has seen him grill a host of often controversial celebrities about their lives, including former glamour model Katie Price, business tycoon Sir Richard Branson and TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson.
Asked if he would ever have rival interviewer Jonathan Ross on the show, Piers replied: "He can beg, plead, borrow and steal but I am not having him on my show.
"I only want honest, feisty people with strong opinions."
Piers is said to be trying to secure music mogul Simon Cowell and comedian Paul O'Grady for a second series of the programme.
David is not the only footballer Piers has blasted - he also revealed he dislikes Chelsea player Ashley Cole, who is married to Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole.
Piers said: "I love Cheryl, my only issue with her is that husband of hers. I have told my issues to her face. I am not one of those people who has suddenly realised Ashley is a bad 'un."
Ashley was accused of cheating on Cheryl with hairdresser Aimee Walton last year, and recently spent a night in prison cells after arguing with a photographer.
