Kara Tointon's fake boobs once popped out when she was filming a scene for 'EastEnders'.
The 24-year-old actress - who plays Dawn Swann in the soap - was shooting an important scene when her prosthetic breast encountered some problems.
She said: "We were once filming a scene and I walked into the door frame by mistake. Dawn's fake boobs came flying out of my top and landed on the floor with a splat! We couldn't get our lines out for the laughter!"
Kara also said she hates people accusing her of making the show too sexy.
She added: "It worries me a bit when people say I am making the show sexy. It's flattering and amazing, but it fells as though they're talking about someone else entirely. I'm supposed to be this hot totty, but that's not really who I am at all."
