Stephanie Waring hates it when men fall asleep during sex.

The 'Hollyoaks' beauty - who plays conniving Cindy Cunningham in the Channel 4 show - thinks the worst thing a man can do in the bedroom is doze off at a crucial and intimate moment.

She explained: "The worst thing a man can do in bed? Fall asleep, no doubt. It'd be really damaging to your ego and to his reputation."

I once asked a guy out on a date and he turned me down saying he wasn't interested in me and he was a 'natural flirt'. So I just got drunk and cried.

The 31-year-old actress also thinks it's important for a man to find out exactly how kinky the woman is before trying to seduce her.

She said: "Find out what your girl likes. If she wants to be treated with respect in the bedroom, do that. If she wants to be treated dirty, do that. But good communication is essential to any relationship."

Meanwhile, the brunette says she has far less confidence with men than her on-screen persona and often embarrasses herself in the pursuit of love.

She explained: "I once asked a guy out on a date and he turned me down saying he wasn't interested in me and he was a 'natural flirt'. So I just got drunk and cried."
