Natalie Cassidy is proud of her body.
The 'EastEnders' star - who plays Sonia Jackson in the BBC One soap - shed four stone in 2007 with the release of her fitness DVD 'Natalie Cassidy's Then and Now Workout' but struggled to keep it off and is now happy with her womanly curves.
She said: "To show people that I did the DVD was fantastic. I proved to myself that I could manage it, but to maintain that standard just wasn't normal for me.
The 26-year-old star believes celebrities should not be idolised for their weight and members of the public should instead focus on their career successes
"I couldn't stay that way - I was ill. I had a problem, and was borderline obsessive."

She added: "We shouldn't look at the likes of Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole and just say, 'They're size zero'. Let's forget about their weight for five minutes - they're successful women trying to be normal."
Natalie recently returned to 'EastEnders' following the marriage of her screen sister Bianca Butcher (Patsy Palmer) to her on/off partner Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen).
